Before Your Appointment
Step 1
Check Your Device and Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. A good connection is crucial for a clear video call without interruptions.
You can use a smartphone, iPad, or laptop for the session. Make sure your device is charged and ready to go.
Step 2
Test Your Video and Audio
It is your responsibility to check that your video and audio are working properly before your appointment.
Visit Coviu's Precall Test to test your setup.
This process will verify the functionality of your camera and microphone, as well as the speed of your internet connection, to confirm everything is in order. Please resolve any detected problems before your session begins.
Joining Your Video Call
Step 1
Find a Quiet Place
Ensure you are in a quiet, private space where you can speak freely without interruptions. This is essential for the confidentiality and effectiveness of your session.

Step 2
Join Video Call
Click on the Join Video Call button below or found in the top menu of our website. This will take you to the virtual waiting room of your doctor
Step 3
Wait for Your Doctor
Your doctor will pick up the video call prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please be patient as they may be finishing up with a previous patient.
Technical Issues
Should you encounter any technical difficulties during the call, please attempt to reconnect, consider switching to a different device, or verify your internet connection's speed. It is your responsibility to ensure that everything on your end is functioning smoothly to facilitate a seamless consultation.
